International Union of Operating Engineers Local 158 (IUOE Local 158) represents more than 4,000 members across 43 counties in New York State. We have the best trained, most highly-skilled workers in the industry, and their reputation for excellence has earned them industry-leading pay and benefits.

Each of our district offices in Albany (District 106), Syracuse (District 545), and Rochester (District 832) has its own state-of-the-art training center so our apprentices and journeyworkers have full-time access to the classes, training, and equipment that they need to stay at the top of their game.
